Rossiter was born in Maghull, Merseyside and began playing football at the age of three or four in the Anfield junior league. He joined his local side Liverpool when he was 6 years old and first represented the academy at U6 level. Still aged 15 he made his U19 debut side in a NextGen series match against Inter Milan, during the game ex-Liverpool striker Robbie Fowler said Rossiter was a talent comparable to Liverpool captain Steven Gerrard.
On 24 August 2015, Rossiter made his first Premier League appearance, coming on as a substitute with 15 minutes remaining in a 0-0 draw at Arsenal. Over three weeks later, Rossiter made his European debut, starting in a 1-1 draw at Bordeaux...

Šalu na stranu, mislim da je u svakom slučaju pametno da ga ostavi na odmoru jedno mesec dana, prvo da mu se dobro zaleči ta povreda kako treba (nema razloga da prelazi u nešto hronično) a drugo, kao što reče Herr, mlade igrače jednostavno treba pustiti da se razvijaju postepeno, ne forsirati ih preko potrebne granice i zbog fizičkih i zbog mentalnih razloga/posledica. Neka lepo trenira sa Kloparom i nek se lagano sprema za taj decembar...
